She has been in the industry for decades.

So it's no surprise that Kris Aquino has, in troves, advice that she's more than willing to share about life in showbiz.

In a blogger's conference for their upcoming movie, "I Love You, Hater" held this Saturday, her co-stars, Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia, bared some of the nuggets of wisdom they picked up from working with the "Queen of All Media" herself.

Barretto talked about how Aquino constantly reminds them to watch their health, given their extremely tight schedules. "Huwag daw isa-sacrifice ang health kasi sisingilin ka talaga ng katawan mo later on," she said.

Garcia, meanwhile, recalled a conversation he had with Aquino about the importance of giving girls attention. "Kapag gusto niyang kausapin ka, bigay mo sa kaniya. Hindi puwedeng isnob-in mo lang or wala kang gawin," he said.

Both, however, took to heart Aquino's advice about striking while the iron is hot. "It's better to be busy and tired and walang tulog kaysa sa walang ginagawa," Barretto said.

Since shooting to fame thanks to their star turn in the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival entry, "Vince and Kath and James," Barretto and Garcia have gone on to star in two more movies.

"I Love You, Hater," which sees them as rivals for a job, is their fourth film together. It is the first time working with Aquino, who is starring in her first movie since 2015.

It is directed by Giselle Andres, and is scheduled to make its nationwide premiere Wednesday. You can watch the teaser below:
