MANILA – Several action figures of President-elect Rodrigo Duterte were among the toys on display at an exhibition at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City which opened on Friday.

The figures were created by toymaker Dennis Mendoza, who supposedly made them in honor of the new Philippine leader.

Some figures depict Duterte with his fist raised in the air while the others show him flashing the dirty finger.

The ToyCon 2016, which runs until Sunday, has been dubbed as “the culmination of 15 years of fan entertainment in the Philippines.”

“It will be the biggest celebration of all things associated with pop-culture such as toys, games, movies, cosplay, anime and collectibles,” its website said.

Aside from the Duterte action figures, the exhibit also features some of the world’s biggest brands in entertainment like Marvel, Star Wars, DC, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, Cartoon Network, and the NBA.

It also highlights the biggest brands in gaming such as Capcom, Namco, and DOTA, among others.
