Dy-Albano tandem files COC for gov, vice gov of Isabela province

Isabela Gov. Faustino Dy files his certificate of candidacy to run for vice governor in the 2019 midterm polls.

ISABELA - The tandem that solidified the Dy-Albano alliance in 2010 is back again for the 2019 midterm elections.

Governor Faustino Dy III, who is already on his last term, filed his certificate of candidacy for vice governor.

Meanwhile, Congressman Rodolfo Albano III will be seeking the gubernatorial seat.

Also filing his COC as representative of the 4th District of Isabela is former Senator Heherson Alvarez.

Gov. Dy's son, ABC President Inno Dy, also filed his COC as representative of the newly formed 6th District of Isabela.

Vice Governor Tonypet Albano will switch places with his brother as representative of 1st District Isabela.
