MANILA- The Professional Regulation Commission announced Monday that 30 out of 121 passed the special Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination, while 4 out of 9 passed the special Certified Plant Mechanic Licensure Examintation given in August.

The exams were given in United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Bahrain; Qatar and Kuwait.
